Itoc Pty Ltd (ABN 17 156 344 811) is offering the Windows Migration Promotion subject to these terms and conditions (“Limited Offer – Windows Migration Promotion”).

These terms and conditions are not an offer to contract and are to be used as a guide only. The Itoc Master Service Agreement and any associated Service Agreements are the legal documents that bind you to the terms of the contract.

This promotion commences on Monday 2nd September, 2019 and ends on Friday 29th November, 2019 (“Promotion Period”).

Itoc reserves the rights, at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this promotion at any time without notice.

The promotion is not redeemable for cash or other goods and services.

All promotion values are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Itoc reserves the rights, at its sole discretion to determine a purchaser’s eligibility for this promotion (“Eligible Purchaser”).

To be eligible for the Limited Offer – Windows Migration Promotion an Eligible Purchaser must enter into a Managed Services agreement with Itoc during the Promotion Period.

Includes Itoc Cloud Foundation. Standard Cloud Foundation is $15,000 depending on business requirements.

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Itoc and which prevents Itoc from complying with these terms and conditions, then Itoc will not be liable for any failure to perform or delaying in performing its obligations Itoc reserves their rights (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
