Behavioural Interview (Key Stakeholder: Talent)

Behavioural interview questions are based on the premise that past behaviour is the best predictor of future behaviour. These types of competency-based interview questions are focused on understanding what skills and expertise you bring to the role, but most importantly, being able to back up your claims with real examples from your previous experience.  


Technical Interview (Key Stakeholder: Hiring Manager)

Part 1: Technical interview questions assess your technical ability for the role, and the depth and breadth of your knowledge in the cloud. They are designed to assess your problem solving skills, your communication skills and your ability to think of different outcomes.  Part 2: Discovery - Putting your cloud knowledge into action for the position you are applying for. 


Ability and Behavioural Testing

Process of understanding how you work best! This ensures that we can support you in being successful in the position you are applying for.  


Reference checks

You will be required to supply 2 reference checks.  



It's at this stage where successful candidates will be presented with an offer to join Itoc!
